"I have been in real estate for 20 years and moved from Rochester to Owatonna seven years ago. I had the opportunity to meet and work with Steve Graff, who was referred to me from a good friend and business partner. Steve was able to help me with a couple of real estate transactions that no local bank could. Steve and Sara Lynch worked together to handle my transactions efficiently, professionally and quickly. Since then, I fired my banks and choose to bank with First National Bank of Waseca. I have been treated with utmost respect from everyone, whether I show up at the bank or call the bank. Last year I worked with a seller who banked at the Ellendale location and we showed up unannounced, and the staff person at that bank location was extremely efficient and sharp.
I took a vacation to Mexico and my niece reminded me we needed to go get pesos and asked me if I contacted my bank to let them know I was out of the country, which I had not. I called First National Bank right away and Sue answered on the second ring and educated me on how to go about getting pesos and even went out of her way to send me an email to recap our conversation so in the future if I leave the five state area I can set a travel notice on my mobile app. I am a person with no patience so with that said, I have never in seven years been inconvenienced or disappointed with the performance of First National Bank. They have all the bells and whistles that you would ever need.
Lastly, the people that work in the technology department have the patience to deal with me every time I've called. They're awesome!
