Person to person payments

Now you can quickly and easily setup person to person payments right from your mobile device with our MyBank Mobile app.

You can setup a Person to Person payment with nothing more than the recipient’s name and email address. If you know the recipient’s bank account and routing number, you can also setup the payee directly. Once it’s setup, you can easily send money electronically, any time, day or night.

To get started, simply log into the MyBank Mobile app and select Pay Bills from the menu.MyBank Mobile app menu

If you are setting up a new person to pay, touch the Payees tab to view the current Payees and then click the Add a Payee button to create the new payee.

By Email

If you want the payee to setup their own account information, select By Email on the Payment Method screen.

Enter the person’s Name and an optional Nickname. Select the account you want to pay from. Enter their Phone Number, Email and a Keyword. You will need to send them the keyword, so they know that the request is coming from you. Click Submit when done.

Directly to Account

If you know the Payee’s bank account and routing numbers you can setup the payments directly. Select “Directly, I have their account information” from the Payment Method screen.

Enter the person’s Name and an optional Nickname. Select the account you want to pay from. Enter the Phone Number, Address, and Payee Bank Account information. Click Submit when done.

Send Money

Once the Payee’s Bank Account information is completed by you or the Payee you can send money to them electronically by clicking Pay Bills in your MyBank Mobile app.
