By law, transfers from a LifeEquity Money Market account to another account or to third parties by pre-authorized, automatic, or telephone transfers (including Telephone Banking) are limited to six per month with no more than three by check, draft, or similar order to third parties.
Dormant Savings Accounts - A savings account is considered dormant if there has been no activity in the account for a period of 18 months. Any dormant savings account with a collected balance below $100.00 will be assessed a dormant maintenance fee of $2.00 per month.
